A photo that already has a transparent background is used as it is, with no analysis.

Can I use a gradient or another photo as the background?

Not yet. This tool places the subject on a plain colour. For a transparent cut-out use Remove Image Background.

Which format should I choose?

PNG keeps every pixel and is best for quality. JPG makes smaller files for photos. WEBP is small and supports transparency.
