General
Is BUZZ NEXTERS TOOLS free?
Yes. All tools are free to use and don't require an account.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Everything works in a modern browser on computers, tablets and phones.
Which browsers are supported?
Current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari. Some features, such as the camera scanner, require permission and a secure (HTTPS) connection.
Privacy and security
Are my files uploaded?
Most tools process files in your browser, so they never leave your device. Tools that need a server say so on the page, and those files are deleted automatically within one hour.
Do you read my documents?
No. We don't look at, analyze or keep the content of your files.
What do the AI tools send?
Only the text extracted from your PDF, which is sent to our AI provider to create the summary or translation. It isn't stored by us.
Files and limits
How large can my files be?
Browser tools accept files up to 50–200 MB depending on the tool. Server conversions accept up to 50 MB. Very large files depend on your device's memory.
Why is a tool slow on my phone?
Browser-based processing uses your device's power. Large PDFs, OCR and AVIF encoding are demanding; a computer will be faster.
A tool says my PDF is protected. What can I do?
If you know the password, use Unlock PDF first. We can't remove passwords you don't know.
Accounts
Why would I create an account?
Accounts are optional. The tools work fully without one.
How do I delete my account?
Sign in, open your account page and choose Delete account. Your account data is deleted immediately.
